Service Designer ︱Design Researcher︱Facilitator
I am doing an internship as a Design Researcher at STBY London while persuing a Master of Design in Service Design, Social Innovation and Design Leadership at Ravensbourne University London.
I am passionate about science and I enjoy reading a lot of psychology books to understand the behaviours of people around me. After studying Product Design at degree level, I am now focusing my efforts on Service Design, Design Research and Social Innovation trends.
I am particularly interested in the way the longevity of people will affect Organizational Design (planning for a 100 year life) and how Service Design and Social Innovation methods can be used to address this.
I also believe that everyone is creative and can bring their own experience and expertise to the table when designing a service.
When in doubt I like to go swimming or take a bike ride around London. In another life I would be a master Calligrapher working from a remote location set by a body of water.

- Cross discipline experience: creative, brand language, strategy, UX, user research and service design
- End to end experience from pitching, concept, and strategy to prototyping, final delivery and iterations
- User centred work approach, leading with research, insight, and findings
- Designing and developing work approaches
- Cross platform experience design systems
- Working in a variety of methodologies including agile and sprint
- Building teams and growing capability
